Disco: Robust spatial normalization of brain images

Spatial normalization is a prerequisite to most usage of brain images in biomarker research. It is performed automatically and is error prone. DISCO uses landmarks based on cortical folding pattern to provide robustness to the process.

BUNDLES: Identifying long and short fiber bundles

Macroscopic connectivity of the human brain is organized in long and short bundles. We developed algorithmic technologies to map hundreds of bundles in any brain from diffusion MRI. Quantification of the bundle integrity leads to biomarkers.
